Note: The Kentucky Real Estate Commission requires that all newly licensed sales associates, licensed after January 1st, 2016, must complete 48 hours of post-license education. This requirement comprises 32 hours of mandatory courses and 16 hours of elective courses. Newly licensed sales associate licensees are given 2 years from the date of receiving their real estate license to fulfill this requirement.

REES, LLC dba Prime Real Estate Academy is licensed by the Kentucky Commission for Proprietary Education and the Kentucky Real Estate Commission.
Reporting: The state requires course completions to be reported to the state. We will report your course to the state upon completion.
Expiration Date of Course: Course expiration dates vary by course. Each individual course will have an expiration date listed in your account. Prime Real Estate Academy Pre-Licensing courses expire 6 months after the date of purchase. Students are allowed to purchase a course extension for an additional fee. Each individual course will have an expiration date listed in the student’s account.
Certificates: Prime Real Estate Academy will provide students with an electronic copy of the course certificate of completion within 10 days. Prime Real Estate Academy will keep record of certificates for a minimum of five (5) years, should you need additional copies at a later time. Please refer to your application to determine if you need to submit your certificate(s) of completion. Course completion dates are recorded using Eastern Standard Time. Please note that the date on your certificate of completion will reflect this.
Final Exam: Final exams must be passed with a minimum of 75%.
Max Hours in a 24-Hour Period: Students will not receive credit for more than 9 hours of postlicense education in a 24-hour period. Our online course delivery system manages this requirement for you.
